Stable employment **Position:** Gardener **Job Description:** A growing gardening company is looking to hire a responsible and motivated gardener passionate about caring for and maintaining green spaces. The selected candidate will perform gardening tasks at private residences, businesses, and public spaces, consistently delivering high-quality work and providing friendly, professional service to clients. Our primary service area is the **Northern Sierra of Madrid**, with our **headquarters in Lozoyuela**, so we especially value candidates available to work in this region and committed to preserving the natural environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Garden maintenance (mowing lawns, pruning, irrigation, and cleaning). * Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. * Seeding, fertilizing lawns and plants. * Using and maintaining gardening tools, equipment, and vehicles. * Basic pest and disease control for plants. * Keeping work areas clean and organized. * Adhering to safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Motivation to work and learn a trade. * Prior experience in gardening is preferred but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of plants and garden maintenance. * Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors. * Responsibility, punctuality, and a service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Stable employment. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for career growth within the company.
