At Green Flowers, we are looking to hire a **maintenance gardener** to care for and maintain gardens and green areas in Marbella and surrounding areas. We seek a responsible individual eager to work outdoors and be part of a team maintaining high-end gardens. **Responsibilities** * General maintenance of gardens and green areas. * Mowing, pruning, clearing weeds, and cleaning gardens. * Basic pest and disease control and treatment. * Inspection and maintenance of irrigation systems. * Planting and replacement of plant species when necessary. * Use of gardening tools and machinery. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas. **Requirements** * Experience in garden maintenance or similar work (preferred). * Ability to perform physical work outdoors. * Responsible, organized individual with a positive attitude. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.** * Experience operating gardening machinery (e.g., brush cutter, lawnmower, etc.). * Professional appearance and good customer service skills. **Offered** * Opportunity to join a growing company in the gardening and landscaping sector. * Continuous working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (afternoons off). * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development within the company. * Competitive salary based on experience.
