Our client is an established construction company specializing in new builds and housing rehabilitation, with ongoing projects continuously developing in the region. Responsibilities * Site layout and setting-out * Interpretation of technical drawings * Supervision and execution of various work units * Coordination of different trades (bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, etc.) * Control of personnel, industrial, and supplier delivery notes (albaranes) * Attendance at site visits alongside the Site Manager * Daily reporting of work progress Requirements * Professional experience in residential construction, performing duties as Site Foreman or Layout Technician * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training * Valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle * Desirable: working at height, use of aerial work platforms, forklifts, confined space operations, and ATEX zone experience Benefits * Joining a stable and growing company * Project continuity in the Sanxenxo area Are you interested in this opportunity?
