Special attention is paid to improving your language skills. **Your day-to-day will sound like this…** Support and supervision: Ensuring achievement of departmental objectives, compliance with critical processes and service execution in the area, according to the hotel’s established standards. Collaborating in preparing work areas for service, as well as electronic devices to be used and disconnecting them upon completion. Collaborating in setting up tables for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group in each case, verifying that all elements meet required standards. Collaborating in setting up and dismantling buffets, as well as serving at them. Collaborating in preparing and setting up special events, coordinated with the responsible person. Execution and follow-up: Carrying out customer service duties at various sales points and Room Service, according to the protocols established for each. Greeting, escorting, advising, and bidding farewell to customers. Informing and advising customers about the various products offered. Taking orders and serving customer requests. Processing billing and collecting payment from customers. Storing received products and/or materials in designated areas and assisting in restocking them. Control and quality: Monitoring and checking materials needed to properly carry out job responsibilities. Reviewing and verifying that deliveries received at sales points match delivery notes and original orders. Conducting stock availability checks. Complying with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** Vocational Training (FP) at Intermediate or Advanced Level in Food and Beverage Services, Restaurant Management, or similar. Minimum one year’s experience as Waiter/Waitress Assistant in a 4\* or higher category hotel. English, Level A2; German, Level A1. Microsoft Office, Intermediate level.
