Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Exe Auriense 4* Hotel in Ourense, responsible for executing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and implement the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. 2. Inspect hotel facilities, machinery, and equipment. 3. Therefore, we seek individuals passionate about their work and eager to grow with us. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician for our Exe Auriense 4\* Hotel located in Ourense.** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Identify all equipment subject to maintenance. * Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. * Inspect facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Coordinate and supervise external maintenance services and regulatory inspections. * Carry out basic repairs as required by hotel needs and preventive maintenance. * Report to Management and the Area Manager on the status of facilities and suppliers. **What are we looking for?** * Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, domestic hot water (DHW), and fire protection systems (PCI). * Experience in legionella prevention (spas and swimming pools). * Experience in hotel or large building maintenance. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Autonomous, dynamic individual with adaptability and service orientation. **What do we offer?** At Eurostars Hotel Company, you can become part of a leading travel-sector company, continuously growing and expanding globally, committed to the ongoing professional development of its team.
