




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Purchasing) to manage inventory, purchasing processes, warranties, returns, and customer and supplier relations within a metal trading company. Opportunity for permanent employment with the company We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Purchasing) for a metal trading company based in Vigo. Main responsibilities will include monitoring raw material inventory, managing the entire procurement process—including warranties and returns—and administering customer and supplier relations. The role will also involve order tracking and direct communication with customers and suppliers. The working schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 19:00, and Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30\. The hourly wage is €10.12. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of permanent employment. **Requirements:** Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Purchasing Department **Required Education:** Intermediate-level Commerce program or related studies. **Office Software Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
