Main responsibilities: * Control of staff and visitor access to facilities. * Management of truck entry and exit. * Surveillance of security cameras and alarm systems. * Verification of cargo through weight checks (loaded and unloaded trucks) and matching against delivery notes. * Parcel management. * Recording of attendance-related incidents (e.g., forgotten ID cards). * Control and management of documentation (e.g., medical certificates, internal requests). * Telephone switchboard operation and internal communication via public address system. * Assistance in basic maintenance tasks related to control and alarm systems. * Recording of incoming cargo in the ERP system.
