




Job Summary: Coordinate, design, and implement cultural and socio-educational intervention strategies, promoting users’ holistic development and integration in a geriatric residence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote holistic development through ludic-educational activities. 2. Design and implement cultural intervention strategies. 3. Motivate user participation and integration within their environment. Social Educator – Geriatric Residence Understand, propose, and operationalize cultural intervention processes across their managerial and educational dimensions. Establish connections between cultural and educational domains and social and economic processes. Access information sources and procedures to obtain necessary resources and launch cultural initiatives. Coordinate with professionals of diverse qualifications when designing and implementing cultural intervention strategies. Carry out specific programs and projects. Foster users’ holistic development through ludic-educational activities. Develop and deliver various animation techniques—individual and/or group-based—that engage users in the use of their leisure time, thereby promoting their personal and group integration and development. Motivate users regarding the importance of their participation to achieve integration and positive relationships with their environment. Hold periodic meetings with other team members, as well as with coordinators of the various centers where cultural animation activities are conducted.
