Within the End-User Field Support Unit, we enhance workplace productivity through user support services, support centers, and other solutions for a smooth and efficient working environment. This support **can act proactively or reactively to resolve issues and ensure business continuity.** Our IT field services team **handles installation, maintenance, repair, and on-site supervision of our customers’ products.** On-site – Barcelona **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- Your main responsibilities will include: * Installing, configuring, diagnosing, and updating hardware and software to ensure proper equipment functionality, including industrial devices. * Managing and administering Windows systems, Office 365, and virtualized environments (Citrix), ensuring correct operation and service continuity. * Managing and resolving technical incidents, providing specialized support and direct user assistance. * Acting as liaison and coordinating with other departments to properly resolve incidents and continuously improve service quality. * Managing and maintaining equipment inventory, as well as coordinating new acquisitions. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Academic Qualifications:** + Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Systems, or university or technical degree in related fields such as Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar. * **Languages:** + Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
