Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Junior IT Support Technician** for our client, located in **Alguazas**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Providing technical support (PC hardware and software) to various departments across the company. * Handling and resolving incidents reported by internal users and stores. * Assisting with IT infrastructure management and maintenance. * Configuring and maintaining equipment, systems, and applications. * Collaborating with the IT department on continuous improvement of systems and processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Information Technology and Communications. * Knowledge of PC hardware and IT infrastructure management. * Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to diverse work environments. * Prior experience (internships or up to 1 year) in a similar role is desirable. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** * Knowledge of .NET development (C\#) and SQL for integrations. * Basic web development knowledge. * Administration of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Office 365\). * Knowledge of virtualization and backup solutions. * Networking and security: LAN, WAN, routers, VPN, antivirus, firewall. * Databases (MS SQL Server). * IP telephony and CCTV systems. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule from 8:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30 **(one afternoon off per week)**. * Salary: 20K. * Opportunity for professional development in a technological environment. * Job stability and continuous learning.
