A rewarding work environment with positive social impact The Educational and Social Foundation Dignidade is seeking committed educational assistants to join our child protection program in residential and day-care services in SARRIA (LUGO \- GALICIA). **Main Responsibilities:** * Attend to the basic needs of the minors under care. * Support the direct interventions carried out by the Educational Team. * Assume responsibility for the care of the minors under care. * Facilitate access to community resources. * Create and support necessary social habits through daily life—organizing daily activities, personal hygiene and grooming, attending scheduled activities, and maximizing the minor’s participation. * Respond to service requirements regarding order, cleaning, kitchen duties, and maintenance, as needed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycles. * High school diploma and/or proven qualification and experience for performing these duties. * Experience working with minors in vulnerable situations. * Basic computer skills and ability to manage documentation. **Desired Attitudes and Skills:** * Empathy and ability to convey trust and stability. * Goal-oriented mindset with focus on achieving realistic objectives. * Decision-making ability. * Ability to tolerate stress and frustration. * Capacity for continuous learning and adaptation. * Ability to convey trust, empathy, closeness, and stability. **Benefits:** * Being part of a team dedicated to protecting and fostering the development of minors. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within a collaborative environment. * A rewarding work environment with positive social impact. **We Offer:** * Full-time, indefinite contract. * Night shifts from Monday to Sunday (including holidays).
