Job Summary: We are seeking a draftsman or design engineer with a mechanical background for the railway sector, responsible for technical calculations, process definition, and quality supervision. Supervision of deliveries and management of project completions with quality control We aim to hire an experienced professional for the railway sector in Zaragoza. This position targets draftsmen or design engineers with a mechanical specialization. Full proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is required, along with a valid driver’s license. The required academic qualification is a Higher Technician Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing Design or a degree in Mechatronic Engineering, plus at least four years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CAD/CAM machining programming will be considered a strong advantage. Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and reviewing various technical calculations; defining work and installation processes for equipment, covering mechanical, electrical, electronic, programming, and hydraulic aspects, as well as time and execution management. The role also involves controlling and supervising product deliveries and managing project completions prior to final handover, ensuring compliance with quality requirements. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary range of €25,000–€34,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30, and Friday, 08:00–14:00.
