Customer orientation and teamwork CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is looking for a young professional to join the team of the PLAÇA CATALUNYA hotel, located in the heart of Barcelona. **Main responsibilities include:** * Lead, plan and carry out all activities within the assigned area. * Responsible for ensuring professional, efficient and high-quality service to guests. * Knowledgeable about and able to advise on various food and wine menu items. * In charge of greeting, escorting and assigning tables to guests. * Gather feedback regarding guest satisfaction during service. * Supervise setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event venues. * Maintain restaurant/bar areas in perfect condition. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter in events and à la carte service. * Advanced English + other languages desirable. * Outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation and good presence; dynamic and organized individual. * Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. * Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Hospitality-related education.
