We are seeking a production worker to perform various functions in the automotive sector, in the Alcalá de Henares area. Main responsibilities include carrying out productive tasks according to defined methods and meeting productivity targets. The worker will also identify possible deficiencies in materials or intermediate products, reporting them to the supervisor, and verify the quality of prefabricated products according to established standards. Additionally, the worker will perform basic machinery cleaning tasks, safeguard tools and equipment, and ensure proper waste segregation, among other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Shifts are rotating—morning, afternoon, and night—with corresponding statutory rest periods. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Completed ESO or equivalent.
