As a recruitment consultancy specializing in personnel selection, we are seeking a **Logistics Administrator** for our client, for a permanent position at an established and expanding company in **San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid)**. ### **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Coordinate and supervise the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse. * Plan and coordinate shipments and receipt of goods. * Interact with logistics and transportation providers. * Prepare and manage logistics documentation: delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation required for transportation. * Track shipments and resolve issues with carriers. * Maintain the logistics management system up to date (SAP experience is valued). * Collaborate closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments to ensure efficiency across the supply chain. * Ensure inventory control and manage necessary restocking. * Report directly to the Logistics Manager on operational status. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Administration, Logistics or related field (desirable). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative roles within the logistics area. * Advanced Excel skills. SAP or similar ERP system experience is valued. * Knowledge of warehouse management: inventories, stock, and orders. * Ability to work as part of a team and strong communication skills. * Organized, proactive individual with high planning ability and attention to detail. * Intermediate level of English (desirable). ### **What does the company offer?** * **Permanent contract** with an established and growing company. * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (full-time). * **Salary**: **€19,176.01 gross/year + monthly productivity bonus of up to €200.** * **Work environment**: Dynamic, approachable, and collaborative. * Professional development opportunities within the logistics area.
