**Lifeguard – Morón Air Base (Wing 11\)** At **Fitness Project**, we are looking for **2 lifeguards** to join our team at the **Wing 11 facilities of Morón Air Base**. Main responsibilities * Surveillance and risk prevention in the swimming area. * Attending to and assisting facility users. * Responding to emergency situations following established protocols. * Supervising compliance with safety regulations. * Assisting in maintaining order and ensuring smooth facility operations. Work schedule * Rotating shifts from **Monday to Sunday**. * **Two days off per week**. * Working hours: **10:30 AM to 9:00 PM**. * Immediate start. Requirements * Valid **Aquatic Lifeguard** certification. * Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities. * Responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude when handling incidents. * Prior experience in aquatic facilities is preferred.
