




Job Summary: Support hotel food & beverage outlet operations by supervising the kitchen and maintaining gastronomic standards, reporting to the Executive Chef. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the kitchen and maintain gastronomic standards 2. Train the team and foster teamwork 3. Participate in menu planning and ensure quality What does the job involve? You will support all aspects related to the hotel’s food & beverage outlets, supervising that the outlet’s kitchen operates properly and upholding established gastronomic standards and guidelines. You will report to the Executive Chef. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Prepare forecasts, plans and reports on outlet productivity and orders with support from the Executive Chef. * Keep prices and documentation for all dishes up-to-date and accurate. * Train the entire team according to regulations and ensure they have appropriate training and tools. * Promote teamwork and service quality through daily communication and coordination with other departments. * Solicit customer feedback to improve food quality and presentation, and assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to culinary services. * Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, ordering, materials management and recipe costing. * Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes and standards. * Follow procedures to ensure food and beverage safety, proper storage, inventory control and equipment maintenance. * Ensure all kitchen and storage equipment is in good working condition and cleaned regularly.
