Document Research and Identification of Potential Partners** * Conduct systematic documentary research to identify potential dealerships in target areas. * Establish planning, supervise, and coordinate all tasks within your market. * Analyze market information, competitive landscape, company data, and regional structures. * Identify relevant contacts, especially decision-makers or senior management members. * Document all researched data in established tools/templates. **2\. Data Preparation and Qualification** * Evaluate identified companies against defined criteria (e.g., size, location, portfolio, potential). * Create long/short lists in a structured manner. * Prepare documentation for the acquisition team. **3\. Administrative Support and Internal Coordination** * Provide support during internal alignment phases across teams (e.g., sales, network development, leadership). * Coordinate meetings, prepare decision-making documents, and follow up on pending items. * Maintain and update status lists and project summaries. * Adhere to standards and procedures. **4\.
