




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage correspondence, phone calls, documentation, and preparation of rental vehicles, providing support to the department. Support to the administrative department We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks including customer service. The responsibilities will also include managing correspondence, telephone calls, and all necessary documentation. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for preparing rental vehicles, which involves processing relevant documentation, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, coordinating vehicle delivery and collection, and conducting inspections. Support will be provided to the administrative department. The contract is temporary with possible extension to permanent employment; working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 17:00. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Intermediate Vocational Training in Administrative Management We seek a proactive, motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
