Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrialization and automation projects in the automotive sector from our center in Manresa. You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring financial control, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and achieving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate technical teams and service advisors, fostering a proactive and productive environment. * Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and regulatory requirements. * Manage and optimize cash flow and control costs according to project budgets. * Monitor project KPIs: milestones, intermediate deliveries, deadlines, and customer satisfaction. * Identify improvements in timelines and costs, and detect opportunities for project expansion to increase revenue. * Supervise procurement operations to identify delays and bottlenecks and optimize the supply chain. * Oversee mechanical design stages, customer approvals, and issuance of PR/PO, ensuring traceability and compliance. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering (automation, mechanical, electronics or electrical) or equivalent. * Minimum 5–6 years of experience managing industrialization/automation projects in the automotive sector. * Practical knowledge of industrial processes and solid understanding of quality management systems and automotive sector regulations. * Demonstrated competencies in leadership, communication, planning, organization, and decision-making. * Advanced level of Spanish and good command of English; Catalan is a plus. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
