We are currently seeking an **International Project Manager** to join the International Business Area. **What will you do?** The selected candidate will be responsible for the **comprehensive planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned trade fairs, events, and projects**. You will work cross-functionally across different areas and departments, ensuring proper execution of the strategic lines defined by the Fair Management Directorate and guaranteeing timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality achievement of objectives. **Key responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise implementation of all operational and strategic aspects of the project, aligning them with the Fair Management Directorate’s guidelines. * Ensure proper management and control of the **project budget**, including funding research, allocation of budget lines, and tracking of budget execution. * Lead and coordinate activities managed by other involved areas and departments, ensuring they have the necessary resources (material, personnel, and financial). * Establish and maintain relationships with **suppliers, partners, associations, and other external stakeholders**, ensuring correct execution of all project phases. * Coordinate internal actions with other departments to ensure process coherence and efficiency. * Implement and monitor **operational systems** targeting different audiences (accreditations, applications, etc.). * Track key performance indicators and propose improvements to optimize results. **Who are we looking for?** * University degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), International Trade, Economics, or equivalent qualification.** * Prior experience: over 2 years in similar positions. * Knowledge of **budget management**, project planning, and control. * Proficiency in office software (**Excel, PowerPoint**) and strong English language skills (C1/C2). * Skills in **organization, communication, planning, and analytical capacity**. * Client orientation and commitment to service excellence, with influence capability and teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a reference institution with high-impact projects. * Collaborative and innovative environment, with cross-functional teams. * Flexible working hours and teleworking opportunities. * **Competitive fixed salary**, with **variable and flexible compensation**. * Continuous training, social benefits, free parking, staff cafeteria.
