Contact customers and resolve disputed invoices due to volume, weight, or quantity of cargo. Negotiate prices and costs for services outside standard protocols or tariff rates. Review and monitor cargo dwell time in the warehouse to prevent delays and forgotten cargo. Support the Key Account Customer Service department and the pickup department. Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls. Periodically collect evidence of compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Requirements: Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Transportation and Logistics / International Trade. Basic Knowledge: English B2; French and German are advantageous.
