




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, incident management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance in the transportation and logistics sector. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and incident resolution in transportation and logistics. 2. Invoice and cost management, with Indoor Sales functions. 3. Inventory control and compliance with Compliance procedures. **What You Can Expect** **: Responsibilities: Provide proper service to customers, correspondents, and branches. Resolve incidents. Manage disputed invoices and calculate unforeseen costs arising from transportation activities (cost forecasting). Control the export warehouse inventory. Includes Indoor Sales functions (identification of business opportunities). Implement assigned controls and procedures related to Compliance. Collect evidence demonstrating compliance with and effectiveness of assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Tasks: Resolve customer or correspondent inquiries regarding cargo transit (transit time or cargo status at national and international levels). Contact correspondents to identify causes of damage, exchanges, shortages, or overages, in order to reorganize and improve service. Manage incident reports for each cargo shipment and route them to the relevant department. Provide necessary information and documentation for claims processing. Contact customers and resolve disputed invoices due to volume, weight, or quantity of cargo. Negotiate prices and costs for services outside standard protocols or tariff rates. Review and monitor cargo dwell time in the warehouse to prevent delays and forgotten cargo. Support the Key Account Customer Service department and the pickup department. Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls. Periodically collect evidence of compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Requirements: Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Transportation and Logistics / International Trade. Basic Knowledge: English B2; French and German are advantageous.
