




Job Summary: General administrative management of the company, including invoice control, order tracking, inventory management, and customer and supplier support, with interdepartmental coordination. Ability to work independently and in teams, with a client-oriented approach. Selection will be carried out according to the eligibility requirements for participation in the subsidy program for employment contracts targeting individuals in situations of heightened vulnerability (Resolution: EMT/3278/2025). ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR VULNERABILITY GROUPS: \- Individuals aged 45 or older / Long-term unemployed persons / Non-EU migrants / Women aged 30 or older who are unemployed and fall into one of the following categories: victims of gender-based violence, persons with disabilities, non-recipients of unemployment benefits, recipients of the Guaranteed Minimum Income (RGC), or single mothers. \- In addition, the candidate must be registered with the SOC (Catalan Public Employment Service) and have held an active jobseeker registration since at least February 1, 2026, or earlier. The SOC will verify eligibility criteria and forward compliant candidates to the company, which will conduct the final selection. Other Requirements: \- Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (International Trade, Transport and Logistics specialization is desirable). Knowledge of administrative management, basic accounting concepts, office software proficiency, and inventory management skills. WORKING CONDITIONS: Contract type: Indefinite full-time contract. Working hours: Split shift. Gross monthly salary x 14 payments: €1,800 gross.
