




Job Summary: We are seeking a customer support technician specialized in 3D printers, responsible for technical assistance, advisory services, maintenance, and creation of technical content. Creation of technical content and customer training We are looking for a person to provide technical customer support in Nigrán, specialized in 3D printers. Responsibilities include technical assistance and troubleshooting, as well as commercial advisory services and preparation of quotations. Your responsibilities will include installation, repair, and maintenance of 3D printers using various technologies. You will also create technical content for the website—such as product sheets or blog articles—and deliver training to customers on 3D printing. A stable position with flexible working hours is offered. From Monday to Thursday, you will work split shifts, and Friday afternoons will be free. During summer, you will enjoy three free afternoons per week. Travel expenses for occasional customer visits—approximately two or three days every two months—will be covered. **REQUIREMENTS:** * TECHNICAL EDUCATION: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Maintenance, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of 3D printing and its various technologies. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable. * Strong communication skills (both oral and written) for interacting with customers. * Willingness to travel nationwide (approximately 2–3 days every two months). * Knowledge of SLICING SOFTWARE. * Residence in Nigrán—or willingness to relocate to the area—is highly valued.
