Support in planning and organization of works JOB DESCRIPTION **CUSTOM FURNITURE MANUFACTURING COMPANY FOR VARIOUS SECTORS**, requires a **CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER** for its workplace in **A ESTRADA.** **OFFERED:** * **SALARY TO BE NEGOTIATED** according to candidate’s qualifications. * **INDEFINITE CONTRACT.** * **WORK SCHEDULE:** Schedule 1: Monday–Thursday 09:00–14:00 and 15:30–19:00; Friday 08:00–15:00\. Schedule 2: Monday–Thursday 09:00–14:00 and 14:30–18:00; Friday 08:00–15:00 In August, both schedules apply from 08:00–15:00\. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervision of layout and setting-out for all construction phases. * Control of material supply required at each stage. * Supervision of masonry work. Coordination, control, and supervision of all types of floor, ceiling, wall, roof, and waterproofing finishes. Control and supervision of installations. * Organization of subcontractor work. * Control of work execution in accordance with technical department guidelines. * Support to the Site Manager in evaluating upcoming projects (e.g., requesting quotations, visiting sites to develop action plans, etc.). * Support to the Site Manager in planning and organizing works. * Occasional support to the Logistics Manager or similar role on specific projects. * Preparation of daily work reports and logs. * Supervision of compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Ensure proper resource and waste management and adherence to the environmental plan. * REQUIREMENTS * Intermediate or Higher Technician in **Vocational Training in Construction, Building, etc.** * Certification in **Occupational Risk Prevention.** * Minimum of **4 years’ prior experience as a Construction Site Manager** (experience in building, structures, retail, etc. is advantageous). * Basic computer skills in **AutoCAD and MS Office.** * Knowledge related to blueprint interpretation, setting-out, site control, and construction documentation management. * Proven experience in **team management.** * Willingness to travel **nationwide.** * **Valid driver’s license** and personal vehicle. * Must reside in the A Estrada area or be willing to relocate.
