In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will work alongside experienced professionals to develop compelling projects that capture attention and delight audiences. **Work mode:** Hybrid—3 days per week at Wave Office, Aleja Grunwaldzka 347, Gdańsk. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the UA Creative Director, Lead Designers, and User Acquisition team to produce creative marketing materials. * Continuously refine existing and new conceptual projects. * Develop original marketing campaigns for various game titles. * Edit, manipulate, and compile stock photography to create custom static and motion graphics. * Manage collaboration with internal and external partners and maintain relationships with vendors. * Implement A/B testing to optimize the effectiveness of creative projects. * Prioritize tasks across projects with rigorous deadlines. * Engage audiences by creating strong, conceptual motion graphics. * Experiment with diverse creative techniques and tools, including AI, to rapidly generate mockups and prototypes of ideas. Requirements: * Proven experience in graphic design, minimum 2 years in a similar role. * Advanced skills in graphic and motion design. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong understanding of marketing principles and audience engagement strategies. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Experience implementing A/B testing. * Creative problem-solving approach and attention to detail. * Familiarity with AI-powered graphic creation tools is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. **Why choose Aristocrat?** Aristocrat is a global leader in gaming content and technology, and a top publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
