Go-to person for global demand planning community questions For our Demand Fulfillment \& Demand Planning Process Steward Team we are currently recruiting for the role of **Demand Planning Process Steward**. **Purpose of the role** In the role of Demand Planning Process Steward you will support several major projects in supply chain, aswell collaborating with BT on technical issues, work on process improvement and be the go\-to person for the global demand planning community for technical and process related questions. **Main responsibilities** * Lead business process development for the Demand planning areas, together with other process stewards and SMEs; * Helping the business to adopt new processes, through development of documentation, training preparation and deployment; * Working with the business functions to address requirements and provide business solutions and supporting technical system solutions; * Managing the relationship between functional and technical resources. Managing the gap analysis to global standards and perform system unit and integration testing; * Co\- Lead the Planning Community of Practice; * Collaborating with representatives of other functions to ensure end to end process integration and consistency; * Lead business readiness and execution of defined deployment plans to ensure resource alignment, communicate status, escalate issues, and continuous process improvement; * Monitoring process compliance and performance metrics. **Your profile** * Relevant degree; * Experience with demand planning; * Experience as a superuser for demand planning; * Good Excell skills and experience with SAP, specifically the IBP module; * Experienced in (online) presentations,documenting processes and developing work instructions; * Experience with implementation of new processes and/or IT systems would be preferred; * Relationship building skills and able to work with cross functional teams; * Accurate, communicative, service and client oriented; * You are fluent in English (written and spoken). **We offer** ------------ We welcome you to a truly global, dynamic and challenging environment with great opportunities for personal development.
