What will your day-to-day be like? \-You will take samples of finished product (packaged olives) and prepare them for analysis. \-You will perform physicochemical analyses in the laboratory: pH, acidity, salinity, residual lye, etc. \-You will measure brine conductivity online using densimeters. \-You will carry out sizing checks to monitor olive size and possible defects at the beginning of each production line.
