We are looking for a **Workfront Functional Specialist** to join the **Data** team and participate in a **global Adobe Martech project** within an **international financial services organization**. You will play a key role in connecting business needs with functional solutions in Adobe Workfront, working with teams across multiple countries and ensuring adoption of global standards. This is an opportunity for a candidate with functional vision, leadership capabilities, and a desire to influence large-scale transformation projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------- * Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional designs in Adobe Workfront. * Facilitate workshops with global and local teams to gather requirements and validate processes. * Design and document standard workflows (intake, projects, approvals, reviews). * Prepare functional documentation (BRDs) and define rules, roles, and workflows. * Align local customizations with the global model where required. * Define common reporting criteria and dashboards across countries. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and tool adoption. * Collaborate with areas such as Marketing, Digital, and Operations to ensure alignment and adoption. * Lead and guide the functional team, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a **functional expert in Adobe Workfront within MarTech environments**. * Ability to act as a functional reference point and lead teams. * Advanced knowledge of **Project Management** and the **project lifecycle**. * Experience working with **JIRA and Agile workflows**. * Communication skills, workshop facilitation expertise, and experience working with international teams. * Autonomy, solution orientation, and a collaborative mindset. **Benefits** At Accenture, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we champion a hybrid work model that—thanks to technology and our facilities—enables us to maintain the essential human connection needed to work effectively with our teams and clients.
