Then this is your next job opportunity! **CONCEPT HOTEL GROUP** is currently seeking a **NIGHT RECEPTIONIST**. ***What will your daily responsibilities be?*** * Professionally, proactively, and responsibly assist and inform guests and carry out various front desk duties during the night shift. * Report to the Front Office Manager on the progress of tasks completed during the shift and any incidents. * The night receptionist assumes responsibility for the hotel, with authority delegated by the Front Office Manager and/or Hotel Director. * Handle guest complaints and claims, resolving them promptly. * Know and comply with internal regulations, and in all cases act in accordance with instructions received from superiors and professional expertise in the field. * Perform billing and cash collection duties. * Conduct cash register reconciliations. ***What do you need for this position?*** * Proficiency in Spanish and English. * Immediate availability. * Minimum 1 year’s experience as a front desk assistant or receptionist. * Accommodation in Ibiza. * Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills. * Advanced knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite. ***What can Concept Hotel Group offer you?*** * Fixed-term discontinuous contract from 25/04/2024 to 31/10/2024. * Consistent schedule from 12 pm to 8 am. * Full-time position: 40 hours per week. * You will become part of a dynamic, multicultural team with a winning mindset, composed of top professionals in the hospitality industry, keeping you up-to-date with the latest trends in your field and the sector. * Workplace location: CALA DE BOU. * Immediate start. * Positive working environment. * If you believe you’re a good fit for this project, we’d be delighted to meet you!
