ACCIONA, within its Culture business unit, requires a Tender Technician to strengthen the Procurement team and manage the prefabrication phase of projects. Job Description Mission: Ensure that submitted proposals are competitive, viable, and aligned with project objectives. Responsibilities: * Technical analysis and review of tender documentation * Knowledge of regulations and standards for generating technical documentation * Review and preparation of measurements based on project technical documentation * Preparation of technical documentation and request for quotations from suppliers * Liaison with suppliers to technically validate tenders and negotiate terms * Preparation of technical and economic comparisons * Proposing alternative technical solutions to optimize offerings to clients * Collaboration with other departments to ensure proposal viability regarding schedule, quality, and cost * Analysis of interferences and responsibilities * Generation of technical documentation and drafting of reports and methodologies * Preparing presentations/mock-ups * Defending proposals both technically and economically Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 7 years’ experience * Advanced level of English * Technical profile; engineering, architecture, or related field preferred * Prior experience in fit-out projects is desirable, preferably within cultural or entertainment sectors * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project/Primavera, Adobe Suite, and graphic design and mock-up tools * Willingness to travel * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, visual tools, etc. * Organized, proactive, dynamic, and positive * Operational individual with a continuous improvement mindset and openness to change * Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and disciplinary environments *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging, and commitment, enabling all individuals to participate on equal footing.
