Role We are seeking a candidate who combines deep technical knowledge, a service-oriented mindset, and strong coordination skills to support the product throughout its entire lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:* Serving as the technical point of contact for assigned product lines, ensuring high-level technical service delivery. * Gaining in-depth knowledge of products and analyzing their use at customer sites to identify incidents and opportunities for improvement. * Managing and keeping product technical documentation up to date. * Coordinating and/or delivering technical training to Field Technicians. * Providing advanced technical support for complex or critical incidents. * Planning and managing software, firmware, and hardware updates. * Overseeing incident management and analyzing technical KPIs to improve service performance. * Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure service quality across the product lifecycle. Requirements You are the candidate we are looking for if:* You hold a university degree in Engineering or a related field. * You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technical Service within IVD or MedTech environments, including at least 2 years as a Field Technician. * You possess solid technical knowledge of instrumentation and associated computer systems relevant to the product. * Your English proficiency is advanced (minimum C1 level) for interaction with suppliers and handling technical documentation. * You are available for frequent national and international travel (more than 30% of your time). The following will be considered advantageous: * Experience working with in vitro diagnostic equipment or laboratory instrumentation. * Experience delivering technical training, providing advanced support, or managing technical knowledge. * Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Product, Sales, Quality, or Logistics.
