We primarily operate in three major areas: water—providing solutions for both urban and industrial management; waste—transforming waste into new resources; and energy—improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** – Collect necessary data to analyze workplace accidents. – Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive actions for approval by management within the relevant scope. – Collaborate with Occupational Health Surveillance services regarding worker health examinations. – Collaborate in developing emergency or self-protection plans, drills, etc., within the relevant scope. – Propose training plans related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) within the relevant scope, deliver required information and training in accordance with the role, and monitor implementation of training plans. – Collaborate in preparing annual preventive plans and reports, facilitating monitoring of their implementation and reporting results to management. – Review and assess applicable legal requirements within the relevant scope. – Advise and support business units on obligations concerning coordination of business activities. – Propose organizational and process improvements. – Participate in tendering and procurement processes to ensure compliance with legal and technical OHS requirements. – Implement annual plan activities under personal responsibility and promote those outside this scope. – Ensure periodic updating of the Management System through adaptation of common system documentation. – Collaborate and participate in Management System audits. – May participate in Occupational Health and Safety Committees within the relevant scope. – Conduct assigned internal audits. – Provide maintenance services for the OHS Management System. – Participate in assigned projects. – Propose organizational and process improvements to reduce accident rates. – Ensure proper functioning of the Coordinaqua platform. – Conduct legislative reviews to ensure document updates. Requirements **Requirements** Qualification: **THREE OHS SPECIALTIES** (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Applied Psychosociology), preferably complemented by technical/engineering education. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in this position is preferred. Proficiency in Catalan and English.
