This is an excellent opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain within a dynamic industrial environment. **Responsibilities** As a **Supply & Planning Intern**, you will actively participate in the following activities, among others: * Support purchase order tracking and supplier delivery monitoring * Collaborate on material requirements review and planning data updates * Support inventory stock, coverage, and potential stock-out or excess inventory risk analysis * Update and maintain information in management systems (ERP, control sheets, and reports) * Support preparation of tracking reports for the planning and procurement team * Resolve invoice discrepancies * Issue waivers for shortages and reduction of E&O (via ECRs, demand changes, inventory adjustments, engineering changes) * Send forecasts to suppliers * Generate reports (Lean DNA/Updated SOTD/MyVision) * Support accurate updating of Kanban production orders * Request documentation from teams * Update procurement and planning metrics * Manage PECRs and BOM/PBOM change dates * Support implementation of supplier Kanban systems **Requirements** Here’s what we need from you: * Currently enrolled in penultimate or final year of university studies, preferably in engineering * Eligible to sign a training agreement with your educational institution for a minimum duration of 6 months * Academic schedule permitting a weekly commitment of at least 35 hours * Minimum intermediate/advanced level of English * Strong learning ability * Dedication and customer orientation **Benefits** What do we offer? * Training agreement with your educational institution * Launch your professional journey and learn alongside a highly talented team * Excellent working environment * Development opportunities **Our****Commitment****to****You** Our greatest assets are the experience, creativity, and passion of our employees.
