Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Assistant / Topographer to assist with topographic surveys and setting-out on a civil works project, with training in instruments and software. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in civil works execution We are an engineering company with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, operating nationwide and partnering with leading clients across all sectors. We currently require a **Site Assistant / Topographer** to join our team for an important civil works project in the city of **Medinaceli**. - Receive training from the supervising surveyor in the use of topographic instruments, work methodology, and technical topographic software. - Assist the surveyor in carrying out tasks required for topographic surveys, setting-out, and verification of the works. - This assistance includes using ranging rods, transporting surveying equipment, marking setting-out points with stakes, nails, spray paint, etc. - Indicating excavation or fill levels, etc. - Installing setting-out bases. - Supporting the surveyor within their responsibilities during works execution. **Requirements** - Valid driver’s license - Certified 20-hour Construction Occupational Risk Prevention (RPL) course accredited by the Construction Labour Foundation - Prior experience in civil and/or industrial works is desirable - Immediate availability Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €18,000.00–€22,000.00 per year Benefits: * Training program Work location: On-site employment
