Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to govern the service, lead steering committees, and ensure the execution of operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for: **Service Delivery Manager (SDM)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Govern the service, lead steering committees, and ensure proper execution of operational processes. * Be responsible for Service Level Agreements (SLAs), preparing and presenting monthly performance reports. * Manage relationships with Client stakeholders, including Platform (L2) and Product (L3) teams. * Oversee financial management of the service (FinOps), preparing cost optimization and operational efficiency reports. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and increased team productivity. * Manage hierarchical escalations and resolve conflicts, acting as the point of reference during critical situations. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * **Minimum 8 years of experience leading critical technology services in 24x7 environments.** * Proven experience in **cloud service management and operations in multi-cloud environments**. * Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience in SLA management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across business and technology domains. * Solid understanding of FinOps principles applied to cloud services. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. **Desirable:** * Experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Knowledge of data management, data platforms, data governance, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. * Technical certifications (Azure, AWS, ITIL, PMP, FinOps Practitioner). * Experience in digital transformation engagements with corporate clients. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible working arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career development plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram: @NEORIS.
