As a team, our primary objective is to establish leadership and drive evolution around ethical and trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI), facilitating compliance with responsible AI objectives—both internally by entities and externally by regulators or competent authorities. What is the challenge? You will become familiar with market trends and emerging technologies, adapting them to client needs to reduce their risks and support business evolution. You will collaborate with external experts and working groups to stay updated on AI risk management trends. You will define processes and methodologies focused on identifying and managing risks associated with AI systems, such as bias and hallucination. You will analyze and assess organizational maturity regarding compliance with the new European AI Regulation. You will develop and implement a governance and control framework ensuring compliance with AI regulations and ethical guidelines. You will adapt risk management strategies to an ever-evolving AI technology landscape. You will serve as the client’s point of reference for any regulatory changes affecting or impacting their business, staying up-to-date on all mandatory compliance requirements. How do we envision you? Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other scientific-technical disciplines. **Additional qualifications preferred:** Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence or Data Science. High level of English proficiency—we work with international teams! Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify technical and business risks. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or Data Science. Understanding of AI risk management and the European Artificial Intelligence Act regulation. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and coordinate effectively. Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills when engaging with various client areas—from highly technical to business-oriented stakeholders.
