University degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or equivalent relevant experience. Fluent Spanish and minimum English level B2. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Ensuring data confidentiality and security, guaranteeing that your team complies with all implemented security measures. Guiding and supporting your team to meet client-defined deadlines and budgets. Maintaining high quality standards for deliverables. Overseeing team onboarding and training. Understanding project guidelines and tools, and proposing changes when necessary. Reporting potential issues to managers or senior managers and collaborating on their resolution. Identifying and proposing improvements to processes related to quality and productivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in collecting or processing data for AI system training. Experience managing linguistic projects.
