We are currently seeking a **PROJECT MANAGER** to join an important Oil\&Gas project. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and budget * Define project scope, deliverables, and schedules * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) * Allocate resources and monitor progress * Identify risks and propose mitigation plans * Maintain constant communication with stakeholders (clients, management, team) * Supervise deliverable quality * Prepare project status reports and KPIs * Manage scope changes (scope management) * Facilitate key meetings (kick\-off, progress reviews, retrospectives, etc.) **What can we offer you?** * You will have the opportunity to join a leading company in the engineering sector. * Indefinite-term employment contract. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree in Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale industrial projects, including supervision and coordination of mechanical assembly of auxiliary structures and installation of industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and scheduling requirements. * Knowledge of chemical processes (ammonia, urea, phosphates, acids) and of main process equipment—both static and rotating—as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems programming (Microsoft Project). * Solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices applicable to high-risk chemical and industrial plants. * Familiarity with AutoCAD. * PMP certification or equivalent.
