**Job Description:** We are looking for an Operations Director motivated to commit to a long-term project and interested in developing their expertise in the field of electrical installations and renewable energy. **Role Mission:** The selected candidate will be responsible for leading, optimizing, and scaling all operations of the electricity supplier, ensuring proper interaction with the Spanish electricity system, service quality, and business profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations at OMEI, REE, and OMI/OMIE. * Manage demand provisioning. * Billing and back-office operations. * Customer service and service quality. * Regulatory compliance and adherence to applicable regulations. * Cost optimization. * Team management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Telecommunications or related field). * MBA or Master’s degree in Energy is desirable. * Training in the Spanish electricity market is valued. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. * 3–6 years of experience in the sector. * Experience managing teams. **Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Fixed salary plus variable component. * Financial bonuses. * Hybrid work model (on-site + remote), according to company policy. * High operational responsibility.
