(Excelia) We are currently looking for a Junior Access Management Technician (UAM) motivated to learn and grow in the areas of access control, IT governance, and UAM-oriented security. What Will You Do in This Role? As part of the access management team, you will support the Process Owner in executing tasks related to the user access lifecycle, contributing to ensuring permissions are assigned and reviewed according to the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties. **Key Responsibilities:** Collaborate in defining and maintaining authorization matrices and role-based profiling (roles and permissions) Support operational handling of access requests and perform basic consistency validation Participate in periodic access certification processes and user reviews Maintain up-to-date information on the application catalog within your scope Analyze data and generate basic reports on access quality and discrepancies Support updating SoD (Segregation of Duties) matrices in coordination with the Process Owner Requirements **Education and Experience:** University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Information Security, or related field, or equivalent qualification Practical experience (e.g., internships, projects, scholarships) in IT, security, or system access domains **Knowledge and Skills:** Interest in security models, access control, and IT governance Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail Communication and collaborative teamwork skills Ability to quickly learn access management and reporting tools Professional English (valued) ⭐ What Do We Value?
