Therefore, we seek **inquisitive individuals**, who are **motivated by challenges and eager to grow personally and professionally**, and who wish to join our team to make a **positive impact** on the world through technology. **ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ We want you to join our corporate IT team at SEIDOR as an **IT Business Partner & Innovation**, leading the strategic alignment between IT and SAP and Solutions & Tech business units, ensuring the continuous evolution of the Systems Plan, the structured integration of innovation and AI, and the delivery of tangible business value through scalable and globally coherent technological initiatives. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- **Strategic IT Business Partnership (SAP & Solutions & Tech)** * Act as the strategic liaison between IT and business units. * Participate in defining strategic priorities and the production model. * Anticipate impacts on architecture, scalability, and costs. * Ensure global consistency against local country requirements. **Dynamic Evolution of the Systems Plan** * Maintain and update the Systems Plan based on: + Business evolution + Operational reality across countries + Group’s strategic changes * Identify deviations and propose structural adjustments. * Ensure alignment between the IT roadmap and corporate priorities. **Innovation Roadmap & Partner Alignment** * Define and govern an innovation roadmap aligned with key technology partners. * Identify opportunities for technological evolution delivering real impact on productivity and differentiation. * Avoid fragmentation of initiatives and promote strategic coherence. **AI Strategy & Asset Capitalization** * Integrate the cross-functional AI vision into IT. * Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases. * Ensure capitalization of company assets and knowledge. * Guarantee governance, scalability, and measurement of impact. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar * Over [8–10 years] of experience in [IT management, digital transformation, technology consulting, or IT Business Partner roles]. * Technical knowledge in [enterprise architectures, SAP ecosystems, system integration, cloud computing, data platforms, and artificial intelligence]. * Functional knowledge in [end-to-end business processes, especially in operations, supply chain, finance, or corporate technology solutions]. * Experience managing [technology roadmaps, systems plans, innovation initiatives, and coordination of business and IT stakeholders]. * Language proficiency: [advanced English; additional languages valued according to the company’s international presence]. * Particularly valued: [experience in multinational environments, cross-functional leadership without direct hierarchical authority, strategic thinking, prioritization ability, and orientation toward generating business value through technology]. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
