We are currently seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial refrigeration systems, with specialization in NH3 (ammonia) installations. **Main Responsibilities** * Installation and assembly: Carry out all necessary work for assembling, executing, and commissioning refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment (including compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, piping, electrical components, control and regulation systems, etc.) under optimal operating conditions, verifying correct installation and commissioning. * Verification of installation pressures, temperatures, and energy consumption. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia, CO₂, freon, etc.). Repair damaged equipment and systems, replace defective components, and perform required adjustments. * Inspection of refrigeration interconnection ducts and wiring. Welding tasks. * Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems, identify failures, and resolve issues to restore optimal system operation. * Replacement of various refrigeration system components, e.g., compressors, presses, valves, etc. * Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the established plan, ensuring documentation of all inspections performed. * Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and advanced technical documentation. * Prepare detailed technical reports on equipment status, work performed, and recommendations for system optimization and improvement. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in NH3 refrigeration system installation and maintenance within installation companies. * Ability to independently and effectively resolve technical incidents. * Capability to interpret and modify advanced electrical and mechanical schematics. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide. **Required Education:** * Vocational Training Program (GM or GS) – Installation and Maintenance – Refrigeration and Heating; Electromechanics or equivalent. * Training in NH3 refrigeration installations. * Knowledge of electronics, electricity, and mechanics for fault detection in circuits. * Familiarity with specific regulations concerning natural refrigerants (NH3, CO₂) and safety standards for industrial installations.
