Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial maintenance professional to ensure optimal operation of machinery and systems, managing teams and improving processes within a production environment. We are looking for an experienced candidate to oversee maintenance operations at our industrial facilities in Les Franqueses del Vallès. Your mission will be to ensure all machinery and systems operate correctly and efficiently. To achieve this, you will design and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to avoid production downtime and extend equipment service life. Your work will be critical to sustaining high production levels and ensuring safety. This position encompasses full responsibility for the maintenance department. This includes organizing available resources, supervising technical staff, and assigning tasks. You will develop and implement process improvement initiatives, actively seeking ways to optimize performance and reduce costs. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achievement of overall objectives. Your commitment to safety and regulatory compliance will be essential to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. You are expected to participate in the integration of new technologies and equipment, contributing your expertise to their selection and implementation. You will prepare detailed reports on maintenance performance and propose data-driven improvements. Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Proven experience managing maintenance in industrial environments. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations. Proficiency in Spanish and technical English.
