You will be a key contributor to the vehicle certification process, delivering specialized, high-quality technical service to our clients. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Technical inspection and diagnostics:** Perform mechanical inspections and data collection on vehicles to prepare homologation technical reports. * **Customer service:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and routing them to the appropriate internal departments. * **Test execution:** Carry out technical tests and trials in accordance with current regulations, ensuring compliance with certification standards. * **Technical documentation:** Contribute to the preparation of homologation reports containing accurate and verified technical data. **Requirements** **EDUCATION** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Automotive Engineering, Electromechanics of Vehicles, Self-Propelled Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent qualification. * **Digital competencies:** Proficiency in standard user-level IT tools. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum **1 year of hands-on experience** in an automotive workshop, working with various types of vehicles and systems. * Experience in vehicle **inspection**, **diagnostics**, and **maintenance**. **PERSONAL SKILLS** * **Customer orientation:** Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients. * **Active listening:** Ability to understand clients’ technical requirements and expectations. * **Problem solving:** Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with capacity to propose effective alternatives. * **Autonomous and team-based work:** Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team. **LANGUAGES** * **Spanish:** Native or bilingual proficiency is mandatory. * **English:** Intermediate–advanced level (B2 or higher) is highly valued, enabling fluent technical conversations with international clients and comprehension of specialized documentation. **Additional Information** **WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS?** Here’s your roadmap: 1st: Submit your application and complete the initial questions. 2nd: You’ll have an initial contact with HR or complete a pre-recorded interview at your convenience. 3rd: You’ll attend interviews with the team you’ll join and complete English and behavioral assessments. 4th: Receive your offer and begin the onboarding process.
