We seek professionals with technical rigour and analytical capability to join a specialised team handling unique projects. **Work Environment** You will be part of a technical team dedicated to façade engineering based in Madrid, working in direct coordination with the local team as well as colleagues across the UK. Client and supplier interactions are generally remote, supplemented by occasional on-site visits when required. OAG boasts a highly professional and experienced team. We focus on resolving unique construction details and meeting the most stringent regulatory standards. **Candidates** We seek to hire technical professionals at various levels—from Facade Technician / **Facade Designer**, **BIM Designer**, up to **Design Project Manager**—with experience in the design and construction detailing of façade and building envelope systems. **Candidate Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferred but not mandatory). * **Experience:** Demonstrable prior experience in the façade or building envelope sector. * **English:** Proficiency in written and spoken communication, as well as interpretation and preparation of drawings and documents.
