Collaboration in defining functional models and KPIs. **Job Description & Summary** We are seeking a Financial Consultant with experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to join our consulting team. The selected candidate will participate in financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, reporting, and enterprise performance optimization projects, helping our clients transform their financial processes and improve decision-making. * Participate in EPM solution implementation, optimization, or maintenance projects (e.g., Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP BPC/Group Reporting, IBM Planning Analytics, OneStream). * Analyze client financial processes (planning, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, reporting) and identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate in defining the functional model: data structure, KPIs, dimensions, planning flows, and business rules. * Perform functional configurations within the EPM tool and coordinate with technical teams as required. * Prepare functional documentation, data models, user manuals, and training materials. * Develop executive presentations, progress reports, and key project deliverables. * Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution validation. * Support the design of dashboards, financial reports, and management scorecards. * Contribute to internal knowledge activities: methodologies, accelerators, templates, and best practices. ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. * A Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or Information Systems is desirable. ### **Experience** * 1–3 years of experience in financial consulting, management control, financial reporting, or FP&A functions. * Experience in EPM projects (implementation, support, or continuous improvement) is a significant advantage.
