We are looking for a Systems Requirements Engineer to join an aerospace sector project, working onsite in Getafe, to participate in the analysis, definition, and validation of requirements for embedded and simulated systems in an aerospace environment. Main Responsibilities * Participation in the full systems engineering lifecycle within simulation and embedded systems environments. * Analysis and decomposition of High-Level Requirements, generating clear and traceable specifications derived from system and subsystem technical documentation. * Creation and management of derived requirements to ensure verifiability and proper functional coverage. * Definition and maintenance of architectures and interfaces between SW/HW components. * Ensuring full traceability among requirements, design, models, and tests. * Supporting requirement validation. * Defining and preparing test suites to validate system functionality. * Developing detailed test procedures for functional validation. * Collaboration in testing within SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) environments. * Participation in continuous process improvement, test automation, and tool evolution. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering, or validation. * Experience working with High-Level Requirements and defining associated tests. * Knowledge of Simulink / MATLAB (desirable). * Experience with requirements tools: DOORS, Polarion, or equivalents. * Ability to prepare test procedures and understand complex validation test suites. * Minimum English level B2. * Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. * Prior experience in aerospace systems (FCS, Radar, Mission, DASS, Electrical, etc.) is a plus.
