It also handles “On-Call Incident Response”, coordination of work with other units (Protection & Telecontrol, Communications, Specialized Maintenance, and PM\&C), and data maintenance. **What will you be responsible for?** In this role, your responsibilities will include: For **Maintenance Works**, you will manage valuation, design, and definition of required materials and services. * You will have autonomy to carry out the following functions for assigned facilities: * Define required interventions for assigned facilities in accordance with Operational Instructions, WKI, applicable regulations and legislation. * Issue and schedule the Maintenance Plan. * Carry out valuation of works to be performed and related procurement, as well as subsequent certification thereof. * Prepare, as needed, de-energized works, verifications, tests, etc. * Verify compliance with quality requirements stipulated in EDRD or manufacturer procedures and specifications, and receipt of documentation. * Procure repairs for definitive and/or provisional failures. For **Assigned Investment Works**, you will manage valuation, design, engineering, and definition of required materials and services. * Define the scope of interventions required at substation facilities to meet operational needs, in accordance with standard criteria and reference projects. * Develop preliminary designs and feasibility studies. * Perform AT valuations. * Validate land suitability for installation of new facilities. * Procure and validate legalization projects and detailed engineering for substations. * Define technical specifications for civil works and substation installation tenders. * Define materials and requirements for protection, control, and communication systems. For **“On-Call Incident Response”** and failure repair activities: * Provide “On-Call Incident Response” service outside regular working hours. * Address incidents occurring during the specified period. * Respond to service requirements arising during the specified time window. * Certify all work carried out during that period. **Other occupational activities.** * Keep facility-related system data up to date, including nameplates, functional and layout drawings, etc. * Coordinate/collaborate with the Protection & Telecontrol, Safety, and Communications Department for facility management. * Coordinate/collaborate with the Specialized Maintenance Department for facility management. * Coordinate/collaborate with the PM\&C Department for facility management and handover. * Conduct surveillance inspections covering Safety, Quality, and Environmental aspects of construction works. * Accompany third parties and State Security Forces and Corps. **What is required?** Essential requirements to perform this role are: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * **Professional experience.** * **Knowledge:** + Technical knowledge associated with the required qualification. + Understanding of distribution business and infrastructure for High, Medium and Low Voltage.
