Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end a large-scale data modernization and migration program covering multiple DataMarts, ETL platforms, and cloud-native technologies such as AWS, IDMC/IICS, and SnapLogic. The role will be responsible for orchestrating the Assessment and MVP/PoC phases and subsequently driving the scaling phase, ensuring alignment among business units, architecture, SMEs, platform teams, and delivery squads. The selected candidate will own planning, governance, coordination, risk management, communication, and value delivery, ensuring consistent adherence to timelines, success criteria, scope, and quality objectives. Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the large-scale data modernization and migration program. * Manage the Assessment, MVP/PoC, and scaling phases, ensuring alignment among technical teams, business units, and architecture. * Coordinate various stakeholders: SMEs, business units, platform teams, development squads, and enterprise architecture. * Manage program risks, dependencies, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables. * Ensure compliance with quality, security, and best practices standards in cloud and ETL environments. * Facilitate decision-making, governance, and continuous communication across teams and leadership. * Guarantee value delivery by aligning the program with the client’s strategic objectives. Requirements * Proven experience managing data modernization programs, migrations, and complex technological transformations. * Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (preferably AWS) and ETL platforms (IDMC/IICS, SnapLogic, or similar tools). * Experience coordinating multiple technical and business teams in transformation environments. * Experience leading Assessment, PoC/MVP, and solution scaling phases. * Strong capability in risk, dependency, scope, and governance management. * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (business, technical teams, leadership). * Professional English for working in international environments. Desirable * PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications. * Experience with ETL migrations to cloud or replatforming of data pipelines. * Experience in global programs and multi-cloud environments.
